Waterware is an online retailer of electronic equipment, mainly for the marine industry - leisure and commercial. We are based in Rowlands Castle, Hampshire, UK and will deliver worldwide. Our main customer base is within the UK. We offer competitively priced products from a wide range of manufacturers. We achieve these competitive prices through online sales (no high street presence) and holding limited stock.
Stock and Product Availability
To maintain our low prices we only hold limited, popular products in stock. For products shown out of stock, we will order the item on receipt of your order. If you place your order by 2pm (weekdays) we will usually despatch the goods to you within 2 days. Despatch will be by the delivery method you select when placing your order.
Prices and Taxes
All the prices shown are fully inclusive of VAT. For overseas delivery, particularly outside the EU, local import duties and taxes may be payable and it is the responsibility of the customer to settle these when the liability arises.
Delivery Options and Costs
There are a number of shipping options depending upon your delivery address and the weight of your order. For UK delivery you can choose Royal Mail First and Second Class, Registered, Royal Mail Special Delivery or Standard Parcels. For larger orders you may have the ParcelForce option. For overseas delivery we use Airmail (under 2kgs) and ParcelForce Global Priority. To see the shipping options and costs, please add your items to your shopping cart and go to the checkout - don't worry, you do not have to complete the checkout process.
Secure Shopping
To place an order you should create a profile with us - you don't have to, but creating a profile gives you access to your order history and invoices. All parts of our website which relate to your profile are secured using 128 bit encryption.
All payment transactions are carried out via our payment gateway, SagePay, part of the Sage Accounting group. No payment card information will be stored in our system. During the checkout process, when submitting your card information, you will be directed to SagePay's Secure Online Payment system. SagePay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) and adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that our customers' details remain secure throughout the transaction process. SagePay offers "Verified by Visa" and "Mastercard Securecode".
We have also recently added Google Checkout as a payment option.
Product Reviews
Product reviews rely on customers to submit them. We do not review the products we sell. Many companies do but we believe this is often used to promote the sale of products rather than to provide an honest, balanced review. Besides, each customer has different requirements. Don't be surprised if you find few reviews on our website - there will be plenty of opinion and reviews if you use your favourite search engine.
