Garmin Delays - 09 May 2010
Garmin are experiencing delays in receiving their deliveries into the UK from their overseas manufacturing plants due to the volcanic ash disruption.

Items on long back order include the zumo 220 for which we are out of stock and have no due date as yet.

Garmin nuvi 1490TV and zumo 220 Release Dates - 25 March 2010

We are now expecting the new Garmin products, including the nuvi 1490TV and zumo 220 towards the end of April 2010.  Taking pre-orders now.

SPOT 2 - Due Date - 20 March 2010

We are now expecting the SPOT 2 from 12th April.  This will come in 2 colours; orange and grey.

We are taking advance orders now though we do not yet have a part number for the grey version.

Charging ICOM Handheld Radios - 110v - 20 March 2010

We've had a customer who needs to recharge ICOM M33 handheld radios when abroad, using a 110v electricity supply.  The adapter which comes as standard with the M33 is a UK style, 3 pin plug for 240v input.

ICOM offers the following 2 adapters which use 110v input and have 2 flat pins, to fit the US style socket.  Please contact us if you need one of these plugs to charge your radio.
